Processing times
All Bel & Gray orders are handmade and made to order unless otherwise stated. Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be made before it is shipped.
Delivery within New Zealand
Orders are sent via tracked courier.
- Standard NZ delivery: $8 - estimated 3-5 business days
- Rural delivery: $14 - estimated 3-5 business days
- Free standard shipping: Orders over $125
Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary, particularly for rural or remote addresses.
Rural delivery: $14
Rural addresses are subject to the rural delivery rate. If standard shipping is accidentally selected for a rural address, we will contact you regarding the additional $6 rural delivery charge before dispatch.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information by email. Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your order doesn't arrive or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@belandgray.co.nz as soon as possible with your order number and any relevant photos. We will investigate the issue with the courier and work with you to resolve it.
If your parcel arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and item before disposing of anything.
Incorrect delivery addresses
Please check your address carefully before placing your order. If an order is returned to us because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, additional postage may apply to resend it.
